Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscription cancellation policy

The 6- and 12-months memberships may be cancelled by providing written notice, in person at INFRASLIMX ONE FITNESS CLUB. If the membership contract is cancelled prior to the contract expiration date, the client agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to the amount of 2 months membership fee.

This fee will be paid as penalty for early cancellation and the client will not be allowed to use the InfraslimX facilities during these 2 months

The monthly fees used for the calculation of settlement fees are the ones that were in the application at the time the clients joined. The client agrees to pay the dues as per the application amounts.

This membership agreement entitles the member to access to INFRASLIMX facility so long as all dues are current.

This does not include the duration of the penalty period.

*Late fee payment of 50AED will be applied to each declined transaction.

Unlimited membership holders

Clients are welcome to book their appointments in advance for the upcoming week, but if clients wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we need 12 hours’ notice. If clients are more than 10 minutes late (or don’t show up) on 3 occasions, all your future appointments will be cancelled, and you would be asked to book each upcoming session 24 hours in advance. This is to make sure all our clients can have their preferred timings for their training.

It is possible to RESERVE spots for longer than a week in advance, but we would require a weekly confirmation for the bookings in order to provide a better service.

Package holders

All participants who do not show up or cancel their session within less than 12 hours’ notice, will be charged the full amount of the booked session and this session cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.

There is an option to purchase ONE extra pass for 100 AED after all sessions have been used.

Package and membership validity

All memberships and packages will be considered completed after the validity date/completion time and date mentioned in the contract have expired. InfraslimX One Fitness Club won’t have the obligation to compensate for sessions that are left unconducted. Member has free access to the Hotel pool, and gym redeemable and valid on the same day of the session only. Access is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should any cancellation arise by InfraslimX One Fitness Club, the lost session or day would be added to the current membership.

Freezing policy

For any personal reason, our clients will have a freezing option depending on their package/membership as per the list below.

10 sessions – 5 days
1 month – no freezing
3 months – 10 days
6 months – 20 days
12 months – 30 days

Memberships and packages can only be held temporarily with the prior request. Upon the expiry of the specified end date, validity time will start counting again.

The minimum number of days that can be frozen is 5 days. Any additional days will be charged at 200AED/5days.

Booking policy

All sessions should be booked in advance to be guaranteed a spot.

Attendance policy

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your session starts. There is 5 minutes waiting time, after which InfraslimX One Fitness Club has the right to reduce the training time as per the pre-paid booking time slot. We will try to accommodate lateness if there is availability.

Payment policy

All payments for training sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case clients are unable to attend a pre-booked session, 12-hours’ notice must be given, and may reschedule to another session without penalty.

Monthly subscriptions are paid monthly in advance, on the calendar date on which the subscription was activated, for the following month by automatic debit (credit card, debit card or automatic current account draft).

 Additional terms and conditions for automatically debited payments are listed below.

AUTO-DEBIT: By subscribing to an automatic debit contract, the client authorizes INFRASLIMX ONE FITNESS CLUB to automatically debit the debit or credit card account specified for monthly payments to the unlimited automatic debit plan associated with the account on the invoice due date. Clients must understand and acknowledge that InfraslimX One Fitness Club will initiate fitness fees in accordance with this authorization so as not to exceed the amount specified in the Membership Agreement and/or in connection with cancellation fees in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

InfraslimX One Fitness Club cannot be held responsible for processing errors due to expired or inaccurate information.
